Creamy Bacon Pepper Bites

One halloween party my sister in law made something similar to this and we all loved it.  It had some sort of tomato in it. Here is my version. Make plenty because they will go fast! 
 

Ingredients: 

• mini fillo shells

• cream cheese

• bacon bits

• pepper jelly (check out Bulldog pepper jelly, they are my favorite! And nope, they don’t pay me to say that!)

Directions:

1. Place the fillo shells spread out on a cookie sheet

2. Cube a piece of cream cheese that will fill the bottom of the shell

3. Place bacon bits on top

4. Put in the oven on 350 for a few minutes, the shells will brown a bit and the cream cheese will be a little soft

5. Put a dollop of pepper jelly on top and serve
