holy cow burgers

2 lb ground beef 
3 tbsp holy cow rub + some to sprinkle on the outside of the patty after shaped
2 eggs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
Italian bread crumbs (about 1/4-1/2 cup)

Directions:
In a large bowl place all ingredients
Mix until combined well
Shape into patties
If cooking in a skillet:
Heat skillet (may need some oil if your beef is lean)
Cook evenly on each side until desired doneness is reached
If grilling:
Heat pit
Sear on each side and turn heat down
Flip each side
Cook until desired doneness is reached
Load it up and serve!
