Ingredients:
1 lb bowtie pasta (cooked according to package)
1/2 cup yellow bell pepper
1/2 cup orange bell pepper
1/2 cup green bell pepper
1/2 cup purple onion
1 stick of butter
2 cups heavy cream
2 tsp slap ya mama original seasoning
1 tsp blackened pepper (zatarains)
1 large chicken breast
1 tbsp flour
1/2 cup-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Canola oil (about 1-2tbsp)
Directions:
Cube up chicken breast into 1-2 inch chunks and season with 1 tsp of slap and zatarains blackened seasoning
Dice up all bell peppers and onions and set aside
Pour a little oil into your pan and heat it
Start cooking your chicken, allow it to cook all the way through
Add butter
Add onions and peppers and cook until soft
Add flour and mix around
Add heavy whipping cream and bring to a boil for a few minutes
Add remaining slap to taste
Add pasta
Turn off heat and add cheddar
Stir around and adjust if you want more cheese
