Beef... It's what's for dinner around here. A lot.
Why? My son is allergic to chicken and pork!
So I have to find new ways to eat beef so we won't get tired of it.  This is one of my favorite ways. I use round steak because it is usually on sale.  I usually buy a whole roast and thinly slice it.  You can do that method and then freeze them in portions to cook later.

Ingredients:
8 thinly sliced round steaks (if you buy them as "steaks", you can pound them out and cut to the desired size)
2 cups flour
2 tbsp slap ya mama cajun seasoning
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
Oil for frying

Directions:
Prepare steaks for frying: pound them out thin, cut them to size
In a bowl place flour and seasonings, mix well
Add the oil to a skillet, covering the bottom
Heat it up on medium high
Batter one steak at a time and carefully place in the hot oil, do not overcrowd
Cook until golden in color
