rosemary slapped roasted potatoes

These little potatoes are heaven to me.  They are the potatoes you find in a bag and are mixed with yellow, red, sometimes you may get a purple colored potato. Usually they are smaller than a red potato. I love the flavor on the outside, and how the skin crisp up to give you that crunchy texture before the creamy potato explodes in your mouth. 
Ingredients: 
Olive oil
3 lb small potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tbsp Crushed rosemary
1 tbsp slap ya mama seasoning
1 tsp California style lemon pepper seasoning
Directions: 
Heat oven to 425
Wash potatoes
Split the potatoes in half
In a large bowl mix olive oil with seasonings and toss potatoes in to coat them potatoes
Line a cookie sheet and spread the potatoes out on the sheet
Cook for 25-30 minutes or until tender and skin is crispy
