strawberry butter

Strawberry butter is so good and it is a great way to use up those last bits of strawberries left in your fridge! 
Put them on biscuits or toast, you will be in heaven. 

Ingredients: 
3 sticks of butter
2 cups of diced strawberries

Directions: 
Let the butter softened
Dice strawberries fine or in cubes
Mix in a stand mixer just until combined
