Charm balls

PureJoy20200308-2.jpg

Ingredients:
1 bag lightly salted popcorn
11oz bag of white chocolate chips
1/3 cup funfetti cake mix
Optional: Seasonal sprinkles (I used the rainbow and clover from lucky charms)

Directions:
Pop popcorn according to directions
In a large bowl melt white chocolate in 30 second intervals
Once melted, add cake mix
Lay the popcorn out on a cookie sheet
Drizzle the popcorn with the melted white chocolate
Press rainbows and clovers into the white chocolate so the stick, or allow them to stay loose

I like to make mine into balls,(It is a total mess, warning!) just because it’s fun for the kids. You can leave it flat on the cookie sheet to dry and then just break it up. Either way, you’ll have a fun treat!
