Grilled Shrimp Flatbread

Ingredients
1 lb shrimp
1 tbsp Slap Ya Mama
1 tbsp Chopped Rosemary
1 tbsp Chopped Parsley
Zest of one lemon
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
1 stick of melted butter (divided- 1/2 to baste the dough and 1/2 for seasoning mixture)
3 cloves finely chopped garlic
Mozzarella Cheese
Pizza Dough


Preheat grill to 500
Make pizza dough, roll it out and set aside on a pizza pan
Peel and devein shrimp (if they aren’t already), set aside in a bowl
Halve the butter in two small bowls
Melt each one
In one of the melted butter bowls, place the chopped garlic and baste the dough
In the other bowl with the melted butter, mix the seasonings and parmesan, and then toss the shrimp around
Add mozzarella on top of the dough (as much or little as you want)
Scatter the shrimp on top
Make sure you add any seasoning bits that may not have stuck to the shrimp
Place in your grill and cook until the shrimp and dough are done!
Cut into bite sizes and enjoy :)
