Mushroom, Cheese Ravioli with Sage Butter sauce

Ravioli filling:
1/2 stick butter (used to saute’ down mushrooms)
16 oz mushrooms, chopped small
1 tbsp slap ya mama seasoning
15 oz ricotta cheese
Directions:
Melt 1/2 stick butter in a pan
Add chopped mushrooms and slap ya mama seasoning
Move to a bowl and allow it to cool
Once cooled, add ricotta cheese and mix well
Make Ravioli (click here)
Sauce:
2 sticks of butter- cubed up, keep cold
5 sage leaves
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 heavy cream
1-2 tsp slap ya mama seasoning
Directions:
Add about 2 tbsp butter to a pan and melt- put the remaining butter in the fridge until ready to use
Add sage leaves
Add cream and lemon juice, bring to a boil
Add slap ya mama
Turn off heat and add remaining butter
Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese
