Asian Salad

How pretty is this baby? It’s no secret… I love Asian food and the flavors in here hit the spot.

Ingredients
Red cabbage- about 1/4-1/2 head
Green Cabbage- about 1/4-1/2 head
2 cups of lettuce (I use spring mix)
1/4 red onion, cut into strings
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
2 cups shredded carrot
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp soy sauce (I like to use low sodium)
1/2 tsp powder ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp white sugar
3 tsp red wine vinegar
Toasted sunflower seeds

Directions:
Cut up your cabbage, I like mine in long strands
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients from the sesame oil down, this is the dressing
In a large bowl toss the salad together and pour the dressing on top
Put it in the fridge until ready to serve-
