Strawberry VINAIGRETTE 

Ponchatoula, Louisiana...  It's where I grew up.
We are the strawberry capital of the world... actually several states have cities making the same claim.  
I do know, however, our strawberries taste much better than the ones you can pick up at the grocery.  
Our little town puts on a huge festival dedicated to strawberries. 
My family has farmed strawberries since the beginning of the town.  A few of them still farm, and they have the best berries, if I may say! 

Ingredients: 
3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
4 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 cup strawberries (green part cut off) 
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt

Directions: 
Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend well
Adjust any seasonings to taste
Serve with your salad! 
*If you enjoy feta, it is a great cheese to add to this salad
