There is no bag crouton that will ever beat a homemade crouton! Crunchy and airy at the same time. The best part is you can season it just how you want.
4 cups of cubed up french bread (day old)
1 tsp slap ya mama cajun seasoning
1 tsp Emeril's Essence seasoning
1 tbsp fresh minced garlic
1/2 stick butter
Melt the butter in a bowl with the minced up garlic.
Add all the seasoning.
Toss around the cubed bread and lay out on a cookie sheet.
Cook for about 10 minutes on 350, or until done.
