baked beans

4 pork and beans can- 11oz
4 slices of thick sliced bacon
1 cup diced onions
1 cup diced bell peppers
4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup favorite BBQ sauce- I used Mad Raccoons hawt sauce

Directions:

Cook bacon until crispy, remove bacon from the pan, break apart to place on top for serving

Keep the bacon grease and cook onions and bell peppers on medium heat, until translucent

Add all other ingredients and simmer for at least 30 minutes
