This was such a fun recipe to create, y’all! The flavors all blend together so well. You have the spice from Slap Ya Mama, sweetness from the Fig pepper jelly and the creamy, earthiness from the turnip cheese mixture. I hope you will try this one out!

Pork Loin, cut and rolled out flat
4 pieces of bacon
8oz cream cheese, softened
14oz fresh or frozen turnip greens
6 cloves of garlic
1 jar of Bulldog Pepper Jelly- Kadota Fig
Slap Ya Mama

Cook down 4 pieces of bacon on medium heat so you can render down the fat
Remove bacon
Add turnip greens
Grate the garlic or chop it finely
Add garlic
Add cream cheese to melt it in with the turnips (it will spread easier)
Sprinkle Slap Ya Mama liberally all over the loin, both sides
Spread the fig jelly all over the pork loin
Add the turnip and cheese mixture on top
Roll the pork loin and tie it ever 2 inches to secure it

This was smoked at 200F on my pellet smoker until the internal temp was done.
If you do not have a grill, cook in your oven at 350F until the internal temp is reached.
