eggplant and shrimp dip


1 stick of butter
1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
1 tbsp slap ya mama orignial seasoning
2 cups diced eggplant
1 cup diced onions
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 tsp slap ya mama seasoning
2 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup flour
1 cup lump crab meat (picked over for shells!)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup green onions
In a large saucepan heat half the butter
Add eggplant, onions, cayenne, and cook down until vegetables are soft
Add the other half of the butter and add the shrimp to the pan
Add 1 tbsp slap ya mama seasoning
When the shrimp are almost all the way cooked, add flour and stir it around, coating everything in your pan
Add the milk, slowly while stirring constantly
Cook until thickens
Taste and add the other 1 tsp of slap ya mama if needed
Add crab meat and green onions
Serve hot!
