10 minute shrimp


So this is one of my favorite shrimp dishes. First off, it seriously might be the fastest dish I could ever cook. Throw everything in a bowl, toss and in 10 minutes, done! How simple can we get? Roast some asparagus, cut some french bread, and you have a light but tasty dinner!

About 1.5 lbs shrimp- heads popped and shells peeled (also, I had 28 shrimp that were 16/20 count, if we want to be really specific! :))
1 tsp crushed rosemary
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp slap ya mama original seasoning
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice

Heat oven to 400 degrees
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients
Toss around shrimp to fully coat them
Lay them in a baking dish, just big enough so that the shrimp will cover the bottom without them overlapping (I was able to use a 11x13)
Cook for about 8-10 minutes
