Shrimp and Sausage stuffed portobello


4 portobello mushrooms
1 stick of butter
1/4 lb hot sausage (1 regular size link)
1 lb peeled and deveined shrimp
1 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup green onion
1 tbsp slap ya mama original seasoning
1 tbsp garlic powder
10 slices of bread (no crust)
Heavy whipping cream
Wash portobello’s and take out stem
Melt 1/2 the stick of butter in a large saute' pan
Add diced onion and diced celery to pan
Add sausage and cook until done
Add shrimp to pan
Sprinkle all seasonings on top
Tear apart the bread and add it to the pan
Add the other 1/2 stick of butter, allow it to melt and combine all the mixture together
If you need more moisture, add some heavy whipping cream
Stuff mushrooms with mixture
Bake on 400 for about 25-30 minutes until mushrooms are soft and top is golden
