Bacon wrapped pepper jelly shrimp

1 lb peeled, deviened shrimp 16/20 count
1 lb bacon
8oz cream cheese
4 tbsp chopped green onions
1 tbsp slap ya mama seasoning
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Pepper Jelly Sauce
2 tbsp bacon grease
4 tbsp Pepper Jelly
Preheat oven to 425
Make cream cheese mixture- cream cheese, 1/2 slap ya mama, lemon juice and garlic powder
Place your shrimp in a bowl
Season with the remaining slap ya mama
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
Lay out your bacon on a cookie sheet
Cook bacon, for about 10 minutes, you don’t want it done or crispy, so if it is thin bacon please watch it so it doesn’t over cook, you still want to be able to wrap the shrimp
When you take out the bacon, save some of the grease (2 tbsp at least)
When the bacon has cooled enough, lay it out
Place some cream cheese mixture on top of the shrimp
Wrap tightly with bacon and secure with a tooth pick if needed
Place on a cookie sheet, spaced apart
Cook for about 20-25 minutes until bacon and shrimp are cooked through
Make pepper jelly sauce in pan
Place bacon grease in a skillet
Add pepper jelly until and combine
Pour on top of finished shrimp
