steak tostadas

Y’all are going to be mad with this one!
Why?
Because it’s estimates and everyone hates that… But just taste it people! :) :)

Leftover over steak <preferably a tender cut, and cooked rare so you can reheat it for this meal>
Lettuce
Black beans <about a cup>
Lime juice
Slap ya mama original seasoning
Diced red onion
Diced tomatoes
Diced jalapenos
Sour cream
Shredded lettuce
Salsa
Radishes
Don Panchos street corn tortillas
Oil

In a small bowl, place the beans, red onions, jalapenos, slap ya mama and lime juice, allow to sit while you prep the other food
Place about 1.5-2 inches of oil in a frying pan
Heat on medium high heat
Fry the corn tortillas until crispy
Place on a wire cooling rack so they will not get soggy while prepping the other food
Cut up the steak into tiny bite sized pieces
Use the same oil from frying the tortillas to fry you steak to reheat
Just do a flash fry, you don’t want over cooked, chewy steak
Now lets layer!
Bottom- tortilla
-lettuce, salsa, sour cream
Top Tortilla
-lettuce
-salsa
-steak
-bean mixture
-sour cream
-radish slices

Serve!
