What do we want on a weeknight?
Easy. Fast. Filling.
This is all that wrapped up, baby!


Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup diced yellow onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp ground oregano
1 cup cooked white rice
1 can rotel
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can (6oz) hot tomato sauce- I usually am able to find this in the Mexican section of the grocery store
Flour tortillas
Fillings:
Shredded mexican or cheddar cheese
Sour cream
Avocado
Pico
Diced tomatoes
Slap ya mama green pepper sauce
Directions:
Heat up a pan and brown your ground beef
Add the onions and bell peppers, soften them
Add seasonings
Add the rice
Add rotel and black beans **If you don’t like rotel, you can sub it for your favorite salsa
Heat up one tortilla at a time and stuff it with the mixture
Add desired fillings and wrap that baby up!
