This recipe couldn’t be easier, y’all!
It all starts with plump, juicy Biloxi Company Shrimp.
Tons of garlic, zesty lemon, and yummy butter make it complete! All you have to do is make sure to have some crusty French Bread, because it is a MUST to soak up that sauce.
Y’all know how I roll by now!

Ingredients:
2lb 16/20 Biloxi Company Shrimp
Slap Ya Mama Original Seasoning
2 sticks of butter
10 garlic cloves
1 cup Dry Vermouth wine
Juice of 2 lemons
Zest of 1 lemon
Olive Oil

Directions:
Heat a large pan on medium high heat
Spread Olive oil on the bottom
Place shrimp in a bowl and toss with Slap Ya Mama seasoning, I like to make sure mine are covered, you can use more or less to taste
When the pan is hot, Place the shrimp (spread apart) all around the pan
<You may need to do in batches>
Sear them
Flip them
If you are doing them in batches, place the cooked shrimp to the side and finish the rest of the shrimp
When shrimp are done cooking, remove all of them from the pan and set aside
Place the minced garlic in the pan and sauté for 30 seconds
Pour wine in the pan to deglaze
Add the lemon juice and zest
Place back shrimp and cook through
Remove from the heat
Chop butter into tablespoons and add to the pan
Stir around until melted
Serve with French bread!
