new orleans shrimp and grits

2 pounds peeled and de-veined shrimp
1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup diced green bell peppers
1/8-1/4 cup minced garlic
1 tbsp paprika
2 tbsp Slap Ya Mama original seasoning
1 tbsp crushed rosemary
1 tsp black coarse pepper
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp ground thyme
1/2 tsp ground oregano
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Olive Oil
2 sticks of cold butter

In a large saute pan heat about a tablespoon of olive oil
Add onions and bell pepper, cook down until soft
Add garlic
Add all seasonings
Add Shrimp and cook until almost pink
Add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce
Remove pan from heat
Add the cold butter and stir
Serve over Grits

Grits:
Cook grits according to package (Use instant or regular)
Once cooked, add
1 cup shredded cheddar
1/2 block (4oz) cream cheese
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tbsp diced fresh jalapenos (more or less to taste)
