breakfast banana bread pudding

7 ounces cubed French bread (about half a loaf)

4 large eggs

1 tbsp vanilla

2 cups heavy whipping cream

2 cups whole milk

1 cup Lakanto sugar sub

3 very overripe bananas

Directions:

Heat oven you 350

Cube up French bread (best if stale)

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients but bananas and bread

Once mixed add bananas and bread and let it sit for about 15 minutes

Mix again, pour into baking dish

Cook for about 45 mins or until toothpick comes out clean
