black and red pan seared pork chops

I love pork chops. Not only are they tasty, but they make for a really easy weeknight meal. These come together quickly, but don't let that fool you, they are still full of flavor! 


  • Makes 4-6 servings
  • 8 thin sliced pork chops
  • 1 tbsp "Nola Red" seasoning from seasonality spices
  • 1 tbsp Zatarains Blackened seasoning
  • 1 tsp Mrs Dash garlic herb seasoning
  • 2 tbsp canola oil


  • Heat oil in a medium skillet
  • Mix spices in a small bowl
  • Sprinkle each side of pork chops
  • Place one pork chop at a time into the hot oil
  • Fry on each side evenly until done
