Alright... We've all had shake and bake before, and some of us still may use it. But, not anymore! You don't have to when you use this little mixture on your pork chops.  They are so easy to make with little fuss.

  • 1/2 cup Italian herb panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • Cooking spray

  • Heat oven to 425
  • In a large bowl, make the breadcrumb mixture by adding seasonings and breadcrumbs
  • In a separate bowl mix up the 3 eggs
  • Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray
  • Dip each pork chop into the egg mixture and then into the breading mixture
  • Lay on the cookie sheet
  • Repeat with the remaining pork chops
  • Spray the top of each pork chop with a little cooking spray
  • Cook for about 25-35 minutes, it depends on the thickness of your chop
  • If your chop is thin like I use, mine were definitely done and crispy in 25 minutes
  • Always check internal temp
