I had a little pepper jelly left in my container and really was wanting it, so I decided to make a sauce for my pork using that! This is what came about, and it was perfect. Enjoy!

Batter:
2 cups flour

Heat on medium, allow to cook down while you fry the pork

Heat oil to 350
Place cubed up pork into flour and toss around to coat all pieces of pork
Carefully add the hot oil and fry until golden and done

Place cooked pork into sauce and toss around to cover
Sprinkle with sesame seeds when done and serve
