Grape, Bleu cheese and blueberry honey flatbread
So many flavors are combined here to make one hearty appetizer! 
I mix olive oil with herbs that make it earthy, then put the grapes and blueberry honey on top to give it a little sweetness that contrast with the bleu cheese and alfalfa sprouts. 
Are you ready to wake your tongue up?! 
Ingredients: 
1 loaf Cosi Flatbread (or your favorite brand) 
2 tbsp Olive Oil 
1/4 tsp ground thyme 
1/4 tsp ground oregano 
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning 
1/2 tsp Salt 
1/2 tsp pepper 
Red Onion (diced) 
Grapes (sliced in half) 
Blueberry Honey
Bleu Cheese 
Alfalfa sprouts 
Directions: 
In a small bowl, mix olive oil with seasonings 
Basted all over the top of the flatbread 
Place halved grapes, red onions on top and cook as flatbread states 
Take out 2 minutes before done, sprinkle bleu cheese all over 
Place back in for about 2 minutes (or until just softened) 
Sprinkle with blueberry honey 
Sprinkle with alfalfa sprouts
