Eat yourself a classic tonight. That is all!

Chicken:
4 chicken breast
Salt
Pepper
Slap ya mama seasoning
Olive Oil
Pasta:
1 lb cooked fettuccine
1 stick of butter
1/4 cup flour
2 heaping tbsp chopped garlic
2 cups heavy cream
2 cups milk
1/2-1 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Chicken:
Place olive oil in a pan on medium high
Season breasts with salt, pepper, and slap ya mama
Fry on each side for about 4 minutes, or until done
Let rest for about 5 minutes and then slice
Place on top of the Alfredo and serve
Pasta:
Cook pasta according to directions and set aside
In a large sauce pan melt the stick of butter
Once melted, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds
Add flour and stir around until combined with butter
Cook it until it bubbles
Add the heavy cream and milk and bring it to a boil
Let it boil until it starts to thicken
Once thickened add pasta
Add cheese and toss around until all combined
For the chicken breast:

salt and pepper both sides

place olive oil in pan on medium high heat

sear each side for about 4 minutes until cooked through

let it rest, slice as desired
