Here is another childhood favorite. They aren't exactly the same, but they still taste good and bring back happy memories. I will tell you, they are messy. And sticky. I'm sorry, but your belly will be happy. :)

Ingredients
1 3/4 cups flour
1/4 cup dark cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 stick unsalted butter at room temp
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 eggs at room temp
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375
Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl
In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars until pale and fluffy
Beat in eggs one at a time
Add vanilla
Beat in half the flour mixture
Add sour cream
Add remaining flour mixture and beat until just combined
Stir in chocolate chips
Chill for 30 minutes
Scoop about a tablespoon onto cookie sheet 2 inches apart
Bake for about 10 minutes
Flip cookies over and add a large marshmallow
Place in oven until marshmallow is softened
Sandwich with another cookie
Enjoy!
