Bacon bleu burger

I love a good ole' homemade burger! There is nothing better than a fresh patty, whether it is off the grill or fried in a skillet. 

Ingredients: Serves 6-8 

  • 2 lbs ground beef 
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp Dales steak seasoning 
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • 1.5 tsp pepper 
  • Bleu Cheese 
  • 6-8 slices bacon 


  • In a large bowl mix ground beef with the steak seasoning, salt, pepper and egg 
  • Mix well and form into patties 
  • Cook patties to medium well or well 
  • Grill: 
  • Preheat grill 
  • Place patties on grill and don't overcrowd 
  • Cook until desired doneness is reached (flip once)
  • Fry in skillet: 
  • Place a few patties in skillet, not overcrowded 
  • Cook until desired doneness is reached
  • Assemble on buns and serve!
