stuffed brussels sprouts

2lbs brussels sprouts, split in half and hallowed out leaving a couple leaves for a shell (see picture)

1.5 cups of ricotta
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp slap ya mama original seasoning
6 cloves grated garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice

Preheat oven to 350F
Mix all ingredients and then stuff into the brussels shell
Bake for 20 minutes
