1 lb rigatoni pasta
1 cup red, green, yellow bell peppers cut
1.5 lb smoked sausage
1 cup onion
1/2-1 tsp low sodium slap ya mama seasoning
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups heavy cream
1 stick butter
Boil pasta and set aside
Melt 1/2 stick butter in a large pan
Add onions and bell peppers and start sweating down
Add sausage to the pan to cook with seasonings
Add the other 1/2 stick butter, scrape up any brown bits
Add heavy cream
Add slap ya mama
Add pasta to pan
Add cheeses and turn off heat, mix well until all cheese is combined and pasta is creamy
