Tomato Basil angel hair pasta

Ingredients: Serves 4-6
8oz cooked angel hair pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
3/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes- more to taste
1 can La Regina Datterino tomatoes (about 24oz) 
1/2 tsp salt
1/2-3/4 cup cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup fresh chopped basil or 1 tbsp dried basil
1/2 cup parmesan for serving

Cook angel hair pasta according to directions
Put oil in pan
Heat medium high and sauté down the onions until translucent
Add red pepper flakes
Add can of tomatoes
Cook down until the tomatoes are easy to burst by pressing on the with the back of your spoon
Add 1/2 cup water
Add basil
Add cherry tomatoes and let cook for a few minutes before they burst
Stir in pasta
Put a heaping serving in each plate and sprinkle with parmesan!
