chocolate buttermilk pie

Alright, I seriously love chocolate. If you seriously love chocolate, you’re going to have your mind blown. This pie makes a perfect crackle topping that lends the perfect texture to its perfect silky filling.
Did I say perfect too much? I didn’t think so! Make it and fall in love.

PREHEAT oven to 325
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
2 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
6 large eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 graham cracker crust
In a double broiler melt the chocolate chips
In a bowl, add flour, sugar
In another bowl, add eggs, buttermilk and vanilla
Mix the wet ingredients slowly into the dry while stirring
When the chocolate mixture is all melted and cooled, add it to the mixture slowly
Pour into the graham cracker crust
Cook for an hour and 15 minutes until the top is crisp and little chocolate comes out with a toothpick test
