There is a bakery in town that sells the best cake ever. At least I think it is the best cake ever. My mom got me hooked on it many years ago. It is this rich chocolate cake that has layers of mousse and then covered in this thick rich chocolate icing.  Oh, and then it is covered with shaved chocolate.
Can you say chocolate heaven?
Because if you can pick what heaven you go to, I want to go that heaven. I'll marry Willy Wonka and we will swim around in chocolate rivers forever. Then, we will spit chocolate into the air like the angry bird movie.  Okay, just kidding. But I do love chocolate, okay? So here is some mousse for ya! Do what you please with it. If you want to be really naughty, put it on ya ice cream.
I won't tell.

Ingredients:
4 egg yolks
1/3 cups sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup bitter-sweet chocolate chips
1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Beat eggs with electric mixer on high for about 3 minutes until thickened
Slowly beat in sugar
Heat 1 cup of heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until hot (don't boil)
Gradually stir in hot whipping cream into egg mixture (super slow! as slow as you can)
Pour mixture back into pan
Cook on low-medium heat until mixture thickens (about 5 more minutes) Don't stop whisking!
Once done, chill in the fridge for a few hours until cooled
Beat 1.5 cups whipping cream with the electric mixer until stiff
Add 1 tsp vanilla while beating whipped cream
Fold whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until all blended
