King Cake bread pudding stuffed with cream cheese

1 pound French bread, cut into cubes
8 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups milk (whole)
2.5 cups heavy cream
8oz cream cheese
1 lemon, for juice and zest
2 cups confectioners sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup condensed milk
heat oven to 350
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, except the bread and cream cheese
Cube up the bread into 2 inch chunks
Mix together the cream cheese, zest of half the lemon, and juice of whole lemon
Place the bread into the egg mixture and let it sit for 10 minutes, pressing down any pieces that are on top so they all soak up the mixture
Spray a 11x13 baking pan
Pour into the pan
Scoop the cream cheese mixture and dollop it randomly all over the bread pudding, press it down into the bread pudding
Bake for 60 minutes
In a bowl mix the confectioners sugar, lemon juice and condensed milk
You may need to adjust the measurements to get the consistency/taste you want for the icing
When the bread pudding is finished cooking, allow it to cool completely
Pour the icing and spread all over the top
Decorate it to your liking!
