Once you have tasted home made whip cream, you will never buy that stuff out the freezer again! It is really so simple to make, and taste a million times better.
Try it out!
- 1 qt heavy whipping cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pour heavy whipping cream into the bowl of a stand mixer
- With your whisk attachment, start beating it on about number 4 speed
- Slowly add in vanilla
- Slowly add in sugar
- Bump mixing speed up and whisk until it thickens up
