LOOTED CHEESECAKE
A long time ago, in a neighborhood far, far away...
There was this family who had a neighbor that would make them this wonderful cheesecake and bring it to them for the holidays.
The neighbor would not share her recipe (not cool!).
The said family was a little jealous they could not make it for themselves any time they wanted.
So the family decided to plot with another neighbor who wanted the recipe as well. Neighbor one called the cheesecake lady to her house, while neighbor two ran inside the cheesecake lady's house and hurried to write down the recipe.
WHAT! Who does that?!
I would die knowing someone went into my house to do something like that! However, I am glad that someone other than me had the nerves to do it so we can share the happy little cheesecake recipe with the world!
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 2 8oz cream cheese
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 XL graham cracker crust
Topping:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla
Directions:
- Blend cream cheese with 1 cup sugar
- Add 2 eggs and blend until creamy
- Blend in 1 tbsp vanilla
- Pour into crust and bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until set
Topping:
- Mix all topping ingredients together
- After the cheesecake has baked for 35 minutes, take it out and let it deflate a little
- Pour the topping on top and bake for 10 more minutes
