cauc-asian style wings


PF Changs is one of my favorite places to eat. I hate admitting that, because I know how bad it is for you!
I am really obsessed with any Asian food.
One day, I wanted to make wings because, ya know, wings. And I had a hankering for something Asian.
Well, I’m so white so I feel like I can’t claim these to be Asian, here goes my creation of Cauc-Asian wings!

2 lbs chicken wings
Oil for frying
1/2 cup sweet thai chili
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp red pepper flakes
green onions

Heat oil to 350
Mix together everything above (except the wings and oil)
Set aside
Fry wings:
This wing has no batter, it gets it nice and crispy and allows for the sauce to stick to it, without adding any extra flour for the batter
Fry wings until done
Allow the wings to cool a bit
Add to the bowl of sauce and toss until evenly coated
