honey mustard chicken tenders

These little chicken tenders are so easy to cook.  Take it and make it on a weeknight in a jiffy. The sauce is kicked up a little with cajun seasoning, and rosemary just because. Enjoy! :) 


  • 1 lb chicken tenders 
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil 
  • salt/pepper to taste 
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp slap ya mama cajun seasoning 
  • 1/4 tsp chopped rosemary 
  • 1/2 cup honey 
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard 
  • 2 tbsp creole mustard 


  • Heat oven to 350
  • Heat oil in heavy bottom pan 
  • Salt and pepper your chicken tenders 
  • When the oil is hot, place in tenders one at a time 
  • When they are starting to turn white, flip them and cook them until golden
  • You want them almost cooked 
  • In a small bowl, mix all other ingredients 
  • Pour on top of chicken 
  • Place chicken in oven 
  • Cook for 20 minutes
