Chicken Kebab 1.0

I love kebabs. It doesn’t matter if it is chicken, beef or veggie. Why are they so awesome? Is it the stick? Because it is grilled? I don’t know! But I love em.
I call this 1.0 because, well who has one version of kebabs? Not me, for sure! So enjoy this one.

1 lb chicken cut into roughly 2 inch cubes
1 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp. slap ya mama
1 tsp crushed rosemary
1/2 tbsp. big and zest blackened creole seasoning (zatarains)
1/4 tsp celery salt
Optional:
Onions cut into cubes
Bell Peppers cut
Mushrooms

Cut your chicken into desired size cubes
In a large bowl, mix your ingredients and place chicken in to marinate
Allow chicken to sit in it for at least 25-30 minutes
Place on skewers with optional veggies
Heat pit
Place skewers on pit and rotate to cook evenly
Cook until done
