sticky asian chicken

I love Asian food and could eat it most days.  Many times when we want to go out to eat, Asian food is what we pick! 
This is an easy way to cook it at home. 

1 lb chicken cut into chunks
Oil for frying
1 cup cornstarch (Bowl 1) 
3 eggs (Bowl 2) 

Sauce: (Bowl 3) 
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Cut chicken into cubes
Heat oil in pan
In a bowl, place the cornstarch
In another bowl crack 3 eggs and scramble them
Place the chicken in the egg mixture
Then put the chicken into the cornstarch and into the hot oil to fry
Cook until golden and done
You may have to do this in batches

In a bowl mix all ingredients for the sauce
Heat on medium high heat to simmer
It will reduce down fairly quickly
Toss chicken in and enjoy!
