So this recipe is from @smokenglazedbbq on instagram! It was such a fantastic meal. I changed some of the ingredients, simply because of what I had at home. He makes some really awesome seasonings. Check him out, give him a follow and try some of his spices!
You may question why I am using his fish seasoning for this. He sent it me, and it smelled and tasted so awesome. I asked if he used it on chicken before and he said no, so I knew I had to try. Come to find out, it’s an amazing chicken seasoning too!

Ingredients:
Bacon (I used hickory smoked)
Chicken Thighs or Breast (I used thighs)

For the cream cheese stuffing:
2- 8oz cream cheese blocks
1/3 cup chopped chives
1/2 tbsp slap ya mama original seasoning
1/2 tbsp Smoke N Glazed fish seasoning
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp liquid smoke hickory
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 cup of shredded cheese (I used cheddar)

Directions:
Heat the cream cheese in a bowl
Mix all the ingredients for the stuffing into the cream cheese and stir well

Prep jalapenos:
Cut the top of the jalapeno off
Slice the jalapeno in half lengthwise
Fill it with the cream cheese mix

Prep chicken:
2 tbsp slap ya mama
2 tbsp Smoke N Glazed fish seasoning

Mix in a small bowl, you will season with this
I pounded my thighs thin instead of butterflying, because they were already a little wonky. Pounding them provided me with surface to wrap around the jalapeno
Season each side of the chicken
Place one jalapeno on one side of the chicken, add more stuffing if it fits, and close the chicken over so the jalapeno is stuffed inside
Wrap the chicken with bacon and secure it

Heat grill to 300
Space the chicken out evenly and cook until internal temp reaches 170
Flip the chicken half way through so each side of the bacon is cooked
Enjoy!
