brussels with shallot cream sauce

16oz brussels steamed
2 tbsp diced shallots
1 tbsp butter
1/3 cup sour cream
1/4 tsp ground thyme
Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste

Steam brussels sprouts until just tender
In a pan, melt butter on medium high heat
Add the shallots and cook for a few minutes
Add the sour cream and brussels to the pan
Mix around
Add seasonings
Thin out with milk, if needed <just add a splash at a time>
