roasted brussels and potatoes

I’m always looking for ways to change up the same old veggies we eat. We constantly have brussels sprouts, due to my kids being obsessed. I love them, but not like them. Weirdo’s. So I decided to mix it up and roast them with potatoes one night! It was a great change up and one that I’ll be repeating. It also makes a nice mash up for a side to eggs for breakfast.

2 1/2 cups brussels sprouts, washed and trimmed
2 1/2 cups cubed potatoes
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp avocado or olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp slap ya mama original seasoning

Preheat oven to 425
In a bowl, pour the oil and seasonings
Add the brussels and chopped potatoes
Toss them to get them all coated
Spread out on a cookie sheet
Cook until potatoes are tender (25 mins)
